Welcome to ReplyFast ("we", "our", "us"). By using https://www.replyfast.net (the "Site") and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description
ReplyFast is an AI-powered email assistant that analyzes email content you provide via copy-paste to generate personalized email responses using artificial intelligence. Users buy credits to generate AI responses (1 credit = 1 AI-generated email response). Credits never expire.

2. Account and User Data
To use our service, you may need to provide your name, email, and payment information. We collect non-personal data such as cookies and usage analytics for service improvement.

3. Ownership
You own the responses generated through ReplyFast and can use them freely. We do not store your email content permanently.

4. Email Content Processing
ReplyFast processes email content that you voluntarily paste into our system to generate responses. We do not access your email accounts directly and only process the content you explicitly provide.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
Credits purchased are non-refundable once bought. You may contact us at lecluvvp@gmail.com for exceptional refund requests, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
